President Cindy Lang led her last meeting as President of the West Hartford Rotary Club before transitioning to incoming president Kyle Egress. Among her last duties were presenting Bob Kiely with his Paul Harris +4 award and Dave Mangs with his Paul Harris +8 award. This week's guest speaker was Hartford Courant business writer Dan Haar.
