This is a picture of our latest Pull-Down Menu on our Home Page. I'll keep working hard to improve the interface.

Mary Silverberg contacted me on Sunday night: our speaker had sprained her ankle while hiking and was confined to quarters. Fortunately, I had a couple of 'Plan Bs'. It could have been the game: "Something You Don't Know About Me." But, I'm not 'that' interesting. So, in case you missed it, we talked about our Club's financial status as of June 30th - Link here:   https://portal.clubrunner.ca/3332/Documents/en-us/7c5332a0-8d4a-402d-a7f2-3809ef06121d/1/ (members only) and Bennett Forrest began to present his thoughts on a Club Communication Plan.

Bennett has consolidated our contact and fundraising lists from the past several years and placed them into an online database. The purpose of this is to make sure everyone is on the same page, that we don't step on each other's toes, and that we don't drive our sponsors crazy with multiple 'asks'. Bennett and Diane Barber will be working out the overall plan. It will get its first test as we fundraise for our upcoming event: Rock 'n' Rotary presents "The Cast of Beatlemania" on November 4th.

AND, between now and then, we have a lot of fundraising and planning to do. Stay Tuned!

Communication will be a big part of our Rotary year. Already, I have made changes to our website that allows you (members of course) to access Club data, Club documents, information for new members, and more. There is a link to sign up for invocations, and a link to suggest new ideas or causes that deserve our support.

My mantra is: everyone is on the committee. You joined Rotary because you were a leader. And we need your expertise. Please let us know what's on your mind.
