Former West Hartford Rotarian T. Breckinrdge Clark has passed at the age of 86.
When I first joined Rotary in 2001, Breck was one of the first that I met. He was always quick with the story. There was an really interesting 'old guard' in place in the club at that time: 'Tous' Tousley, Gordon Bennett, Ken Roche Ed Ruestow, Ed Cape, Linda French, Al Toback, Bob Kiely, and so many more. The group evolves, but our common belief of "Service Above Self" remains.
