Rotarian and Navy veteran Harry Davidson was honored for his 25 years of service at Saturday night's Rotary District 7890 Yard Goats game. Thank you, Harry!
DG Christine Burns threw our the first pitch and then a miracle happened: $1000 turned into $4500! It was also 'End Polio' night. What started as a $1000 contribution grew. It was first matched 2:1 by the Gates Foundation, and then matched at 50% by the Rotary Foundation. A modern day version of the 'Loaves and Fishes' parable!
