The Rotary Club of West Hartford is #1 in the District!
The West Hartford Rotary Club was well represented at the District Foundation Brunch on Sunday, November 6th. We had a table of 7 plus 3 members of our Rotoract Club attended. The event was right in the center of things at the Delamar Hotel so you know the food was outstanding.
Our club was presented with the Number 1 Club in the District banner – last year we had the highest per capita giving to the Annual Fund out of 53 clubs. We also received the Polio Plus Citation for our club’s donation to the Polio Campaign – over $4,000.
Thank yous go to every club member who supported the Rotary Foundation last year. Let’s strive for 100% giving this year. I would love for us to bring home the Every Rotarian Every Year banner next November. - Eileen Rau
